Harven Residential Courses -Wye College

Harven puts your child’s safety first from arrival to departure. A Harven member of staff meets every student inside Gatwick or Heathrow upon arrival. A Harven member of staff helps every student check in at Gatwick or Heathrow and waits until their flight departs. Transfers are included in the course price, see below for details.

Arrival Day

Please ensure your child arrives between 10:00 and 17:00. Harven can arrange a special transfer outside these hours at a cost of £100 (€150).

Departure Day

Please ensure your child’s flight departs between 09:00 and 15:00. Harven can arrange a special transfer outside these hours at a cost of £100 (€150). If you require a transfer from another airport or Ashford International train station for Eurostar arrivals and departures, please contact our Sales Department for a quotation.

Important

We cannot accept children before the published Arrival Day. If children arrive before or after the Arrival Day, or leave before or after the published Departure Day, it is the responsibility of parents to arrange for their care until arrival at the course or departure from the course centre. In order to guarantee that your child will be met promptly at the airport on Arrival Day and that he/she will not have to wait alone, we need to know your child’s planned flight times and other details as soon as possible, and no later than four weeks before the start of the course.
